Product Policy:

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.  Special orders cannot be cancelled once product is made.  We are proud of the quality of our goods and take utmost care in their creation and in our customer relationships.  If there is a question or concern about product quality upon receipt, please contact us to discuss the nature of the concern.

Cancellation Policy:

We base our purchases on class size and cancellations affect our small company significantly. If a student cancels 7 days before the session, they will receive a refund, minus any banking fees incurred.  Cancellation between 6 and 2 days will receive credit towards another class. Within the 48 hour window there is no refund or credit as time and resources have already incurred for the class by then.

If Bygone Basics cancels due to low enrollment or other reasons, the student will receive a full refund.


Students must sign a liability release at the start of a session.

Privacy Policy:

Our student’s privacy is important to us.  Neither Bygone Basics, nor its principals, shall sell or give away any personal or contact information.
